Spring is in the air...
There's a waft of perfume in the air, and the Dabble'n'Dance children are arriving with a sunny sparkle in their eyes. Spring is officially here, daffodils are announcing themselves, wattles are bursting into yellow pom poms, and blossom petals are clinging bravely onto branches or spinning through the air like snowflakes. Spring is a time to shake off our winter wariness, throw on a layer or two (no guarantees with spring weather!) and get outdoors. Nature puts on a show, and it's a time to celebrate what you see.
Whip up a bouquet of paper flowers from patty pans. Thread them onto pipe-cleaners or string, or glue them onto a cardboard background. If you only have white ones in the pantry, decorate them with crayon or texta. They will never wilt, and a bunch of these will brighten up any bench.
